Day 01

Arrival Paro. After checking at hotel visit Paro town. Welcome cocktails in the evening followed by dinner.

Day 02

Early morning excursion trek to Taksang Monastery (3-4 hrs). After lunch sighseeing tour of the Ta-Dzong (National museum), Ringpung Dzong and Paro town along with other places of interest. Over night hotel in Paro.

Day 03

Drive Thimpu. Enroute visit the Simtokha Dzong which houses the school of Dzongkha - Bhutan's National Language. In the afternoon visit the Thimpu including the Memorial Chorten, Painting School, administrative centre or Bhutan. Over night hotel in Thimpu.

Day 04

Take the scenic drive to Punakha. Weather permitting enjoy panoramic view of the Bhutan Himalayan peaks from the Dochula pass (3050 mts). On arrival visit Punakha Dzong. Overnight at hotel in Punakha.

Day 05

Day Trip east to hidden Phobjekha valley to visit of Gangte Gompa and back to hotel in Punakha for overnight.

Day 06

Day 07

Return drive to paro in time for departure flight.
